Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid subscriptions (Starter at ₹499/month and Professional at ₹999/month) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with GrowthSpark for any reason within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you are eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. It is designed to give you enough time to explore the features, import your data, and determine if GrowthSpark is the right fit for your business.

2. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

1. Send us an email at hello@growthspark7.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address and business name.
2. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and may ask for brief feedback to help us improve (this is optional and does not affect your refund).
3. Refund will be processed to your original payment method. No further action is needed from your side.

3. Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. The exact timeline depends on your bank or payment provider:

• UPI payments: Refunded within 3 to 5 business days.
• Credit/Debit cards: Refunded within 5 to 7 business days. May take up to 10 days depending on your bank.
• Net banking: Refunded within 5 to 10 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated from our end. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us for assistance.

4. What Qualifies for a Refund

• First-time paid subscription within 30 days of the initial payment.
• Annual plan subscribers within 30 days of the annual payment date.
• Accidental duplicate payments (refunded in full regardless of timing).
• Charges made after you submitted a cancellation request that was not processed in time.
• Service outages exceeding 72 continuous hours (pro-rated refund for the affected period).

5. What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

• Subscription fees beyond 30 days from the payment date (for monthly plans, this means after your second billing cycle begins).
• Refund requests made after your account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
• Partial month usage — if you cancel mid-month after the 30-day guarantee period, you retain access until the end of your billing cycle but are not eligible for a partial refund.
• Add-on services or one-time purchases such as data migration assistance or custom onboarding, unless separately agreed upon.
• Free plan users — the free plan has no charges and therefore no refunds apply.

6. Downgrade as an Alternative

Before requesting a refund, consider downgrading to a lower plan or our free tier. You can do this from your account settings at any time. If you are on the Professional plan and find it exceeds your needs, switching to the Starter plan might be a better fit. Our support team is happy to help you find the right plan for your business.

7. Annual Plan Refunds

If you purchased an annual subscription and request a refund within 30 days of payment, you will receive a full refund of the annual fee. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent auto-renewal. Your access will continue until the end of the annual billing period.
