We know your struggles because we have lived them. GrowthSpark was born from real frustration with tools that were too complex, too expensive, or just not built for how Indian businesses actually work.
In 2024, walking through the bustling streets of Tirupati, we noticed something. Every small business owner — from the flower vendor near the temple to the IT training center on Car Street — was managing customers the same way: scattered notebooks, WhatsApp messages buried in group chats, and Excel sheets that crashed on their phones.
We tried suggesting CRM tools. Zoho was too complex. HubSpot was too expensive. Refrens was close but still felt like it was built for a different audience. None of them understood that a shopkeeper in Tirupati needs to send a GST invoice via WhatsApp, not through a fancy email sequence.
So we built GrowthSpark — a CRM that speaks the language of Indian small businesses. One that works on a Rs 8,000 phone, loads on a 3G connection, and feels as natural as making a phone call. No jargon, no 200-page setup guides, no features you will never use.
We believe every small business in India deserves tools that are powerful yet simple, feature-rich yet affordable. Our mission is to democratize business management — so a solo entrepreneur in a tier-3 city has the same advantages as a funded startup in Bangalore.

India is home to over 63 million micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), making it one of the largest small business ecosystems on the planet. Together, these businesses contribute over $250 billion to the Indian economy and employ more than 110 million people.
Yet fewer than 5% of these businesses use any form of digital customer management. Most still rely on handwritten registers, WhatsApp group chats, and memory. The tools that exist — Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho — were designed for a different market: English-speaking, desktop-first, credit-card-paying companies in the West.
India needs a CRM that works on a ₹8,000 smartphone, loads on a patchy 3G connection, supports UPI payments, and generates GST-compliant invoices that can be shared on WhatsApp. That is exactly what GrowthSpark is built to do. We are not adapting a Western product for India — we are building an India-first product from the ground up.
A small team with big dreams, working from Tirupati to build India's simplest CRM.
Founder & CEO
Serial entrepreneur who saw first-hand how small businesses in Tirupati struggled with bloated CRM tools. After running three businesses himself and losing clients to poor follow-up systems, he decided to build the tool he wished existed. Jai is on a mission to bring enterprise-grade customer management to every shopkeeper and freelancer in India.
Head of Product
Former Zoho product lead who spent 6 years building features nobody used. After interviewing over 200 small business owners across South India, she realized that simplicity is the ultimate feature. Now she obsessively removes complexity from GrowthSpark so every screen passes the 'can my grandmother use this?' test.
Lead Engineer
Full-stack developer with a passion for performance and a background in building fintech products at scale. Arjun ensures GrowthSpark loads fast even on 3G connections across rural India. He personally tests every release on a budget Android phone to guarantee that no business owner is left behind by technology.
Head of Customer Success
Speaks 4 Indian languages and personally onboards every new business that joins GrowthSpark. Before joining the team, Kavitha ran a boutique consulting firm in Kerala and understands the chaos of managing customers without the right tools. Her WhatsApp is always open, and she treats every customer question as an opportunity to make the product better.
If your grandmother cannot use it, it is not ready to ship. Every feature must be intuitive enough to use without a manual.
Your data is sacred. We will never sell it, share it, or use it for ads. Transparent pricing, honest communication, always.
We bring AI and smart automation to small businesses that never thought they could afford it. Enterprise-grade tools at chai-stall prices.
Built for India — works on budget phones, slow connections, and in multiple languages. Business tools should not be a luxury.
We are always looking for passionate people who believe small businesses deserve great tools. Remote-friendly, India-first.
