1. Acceptance

By installing or using the Tirumala Tirupati Online app ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The app is unofficial and informational

Tirumala Tirupati Online is an independent, unofficial pilgrim companion app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) or any government body. All temple names, logos, and imagery belong to their respective owners. The app provides general information — darshan timings, sevas, accommodation notes, festivals, panchangam, live-darshan links, and curated products — for the convenience of pilgrims.

3. We do not process bookings, donations, or payments

The app does not take any darshan, seva, accommodation, or donation bookings, and does not process any payments. All official bookings, sevas, and donations are handled exclusively on the official TTD portal at ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in. Any "Book Now" links in the app open the official TTD portal or another official channel; your transaction there is governed by that provider's own terms.

4. Accuracy of information

Timings, dates, release schedules, and other details are compiled in good faith from public sources and may change without notice. Always verify critical information — especially booking release dates and darshan timings — with official TTD sources before you rely on it. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of information in the app.

5. Affiliate disclosure

The app's Shop section contains affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, Growthspark7 earns from qualifying purchases. This does not change the price you pay. Product listings are provided for convenience and are fulfilled by Amazon under Amazon's own terms and policies.

6. Advertising

The app is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ad personalization is subject to your consent choice (shown via Google's UMP consent prompt for applicable regions) and your device advertising settings.

7. Third-party links and content

The app links to third-party services — including the official TTD portal, SVBC / YouTube live streams, WhatsApp, and Amazon. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. Intellectual property

App design, original text, and software are © Growthspark7. "Tirumala", "Tirupati", "TTD", and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

9. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information will be complete or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growthspark7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or any information within it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Andhra Pradesh.
