1. What the App is
The App is a free productivity timer: an animated hourglass timer with focus sessions, breathing exercises, routines, statistics, and notifications. It is supported by advertising.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Android devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the App or its content.
3. Advertising
The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. Ad content comes from third parties; we do not endorse advertised products and are not a party to any transaction between you and an advertiser.
4. No warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Timers, statistics, and breathing exercises are convenience features — do not rely on the App for safety-critical timing, and consult a professional before starting any breathing or wellness practice if you have a medical condition.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growthspark7 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
6. Privacy
How the App handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We may update the App and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The current version always lives at this URL.
