com.divyadesam108.mapguide) you agree to these Terms. If
you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The service
108 Divya Desam is a free offline guide to the 108 Divya Desam temples, with photographs, descriptions, a clustered map, directions, a saved and visited list, and an optional daily reminder. It is provided for personal, non-commercial devotional use.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the app or its content.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or its backend.
- Use the app in accordance with your local laws.
4. Content accuracy
Temple information, timings, phone numbers and coordinates are compiled from publicly available sources and are provided "as is". Temples change their timings and contact details without notice. Always confirm with the temple before travelling.
5. Navigation and safety
Directions open in your own maps application and depend on that provider's data. Do not operate a vehicle while using the app. You are responsible for your own safety and for verifying any route.
6. Not an official channel
This app is an independent guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official application of any temple, trust, devasthanam or government body. It does not sell tickets, book darshan, or accept donations.
7. Advertising
The app is free and supported by Google AdMob advertising. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising and consent work.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growthspark7 shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
9. Changes
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
