1. Acceptance
By installing or using Tirumala Online Booking (package
com.ttdbooking.alerts, the “app”) you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
2. The app is unofficial and informational
3. We do not process bookings, donations, or payments
The app only tells you when a booking window opens and explains how each category works. Every booking, seva, donation and payment happens exclusively on TTD's official portal at ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in. We never collect money, never hold tickets, and cannot reserve, modify, cancel or refund anything on your behalf. We are not an agent or broker.
4. Accuracy of information
Release dates, timings, prices and eligibility are compiled from publicly available TTD announcements and are provided on a best-effort basis. TTD may change or cancel any release without notice. Always confirm on the official TTD portal before you travel or plan. We do not guarantee that an alert will arrive, arrive on time, or that a slot will still be available when it does.
5. Advertising
The app is free and supported by Google AdMob advertising (banner, native, interstitial and app-open formats). Ads are served by Google and we do not control which advertisers appear. Where consent is required, the Google UMP dialog lets you accept or reject personalized ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Third-party links and content
The app links out to TTD's official portal and lists official TTD helpline numbers and addresses. Those destinations are operated by their respective owners and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or any transaction you make there.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the app to attempt to bypass, automate, or game TTD's booking systems.
- Do not decompile, resell, or redistribute the app or its content.
- Do not represent yourself as us, or the app as official TTD software.
8. Intellectual property
The app's design, code, and original written guides are the property of Growthspark7. Temple names, imagery, and official information referenced in the app remain the property of their respective owners.
9. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Notifications depend on Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging and your device and network, none of which we control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growthspark7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app — including a missed booking window, a sold-out quota, a late or undelivered alert, travel or accommodation costs, or reliance on any information shown in the app.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Andhra Pradesh.
