Privacy Policy
The short version
These apps are read-only guides. They have no login, no account and no payments. We do not ask you for your name, phone number, email address or location, and we cannot see who you are. What is collected is the ordinary anonymous app usage and crash information that Google's own services gather, plus the advertising identifier used to show ads.
What we collect ourselves
Nothing that identifies you. The app stores your choices — language, light or dark theme, and whether the morning reminder is on — on your own phone only. They are never uploaded, and they are deleted when you uninstall the app.

Advertising
The apps show ads supplied by Google AdMob. Ad content is capped at the PG rating in code, so mature or teen-rated creatives cannot serve. You can limit ad personalisation at any time on your phone: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or Opt out of Ads Personalisation on older Android versions).
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app sends one reminder each morning with the day's panchang. It is generated on your own phone from content already downloaded — nothing about you is sent anywhere to produce it. Turn it off in the app's Settings screen, or in Android's app notification settings.
Photographs
Gallery images are hosted on Wikimedia Commons and are used under their stated licences. Every photograph is credited inside the app with the photographer's name and licence.
Children
The apps are general-audience guides and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from a child.
Your choices
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings, as above.
- Turn notifications off in the app or in Android Settings.
- Uninstalling the app removes every setting it stored on your phone.
Because the apps hold no account and no personal record of you, there is nothing personal for us to export or delete on request — we simply do not have it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the updated policy appears at the same address.
